Food Habits:
Arav's current favourite dish which he loves to eat for breakfast is puri with aloo masala and moong dal with veggies. He also like to have cheese/egg sandwiches with butter but never with jam. I had bought two different varieties of fruit jams made from natural fruit and Sundar and I have ended up eating the jam.
For lunch it would be either dal rice with ghee along with a vegetable poriyal. Usually I would pack a fruit either cut apples or cut bananas. Some of the side dishes that he likes are vendakka poriyal/beans poriyal potatoe fries/boiled carrots/or the infamous carrot,beans and cabbage poriyal (my aunt calls that the Congress poriyal because of the colours!).
He also loves to eat Rotis with a little ghee that are rolled and filled with jaggery paste.Apples and bananas are his favourite fruits. Banana milkshake without sugar is something he could drink all day. Dinner time is mostly plain curd rice with bananas.
Recently he has found great joy in mashed potatoes with butter and mik blended to give a mayo consistency. There is a distinct dislike towards anything remotely spicy. Once he takes in anything spicy his tonge would be out and his eyes would be watery and he would just refuse to touch his food again!
